Elaine Heath | Managing Director

As an active member of the founding family, Elaine has over 30 years of first-hand knowledge in the aboveground storage tank industry. She has a Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia and also a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Guelph University. Not only does Elaine play a key decision making role in the strategic direction of the business, she also maintains a creative outlet through her art gallery in Alton, Ontario.

Michael Wilkins | President

As President of Allerion Oilfield Services, Mike oversees all operations of the company across Canada. He began his career in the industry with Heath Engineering Ltd. in 1979 and has been with Allerion, since its inception in 1998. With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the aboveground storage tank industry, his expertise and knowledge are second to none. Mike is a certified API-653 inspector and a NACE Certified Coating Inspector. He has played a key role in the development of the DS Jet Mixer and ATC Lance and assists Mixer Technologies Inc. in the design and development of new products. He received his degree from the Ontario College of Art in 1985.

Leo Gadoury | Chief Financial Officer

Leo joined Allerion early in 2012 and his role includes the planning and management of short-term and long-term cash flow and financing, risk management, short-term investments and long-term capital expenditure analysis, investor and bank relations, government reporting, and internal and external financial review and analysis. Leo has been working in the finance industry for over 25 years, holding many senior financial leadership positions spanning many sectors including packaging, electrical, truck-trailer manufacturing, financial services, and not-for-profit. Leo holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Society of Management Accountants and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot-Watt University.
