TANK CLEANING

MINIMIZE WASTE.
MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY.

Less waste means lower cost.
The costliest part of cleaning crude and heavy oil storage tanks is the removal and disposal of accumulated sludge. Traditional industrial service companies and waste management providers charge based on the amount of waste they dispose of, which means they have little incentive to minimize the volume of sludge before final clean out.

Non-Man Entry Tank Cleaning

Allerion is pleased to announce the addition of Non-Man Entry Automated Tank Cleaning to its Tank Cleaning Services. This service will provide the utmost in safety for our clients, our people and the environment while reducing overall tank cleaning schedules.

Our DS Jet Mixing System eliminates sludge and reclaims usable hydrocarbon in your crude oil storage tanks. And the best part? It does the job without removing your tank from service

EFFECTIVE RESULTS

Tank cleaning can be difficult or even impossible when sludge interferes with the removal of manways. Our ATC Lance and cold-tap manway procedure quickly, safely and effectively reduces sludge volume while recovering useable hydrocarbons, eliminating the need to weld on an active tank. This patented, innovative technology also allows us to eliminate the sludge that has accumulated in front of manways. Additional uses allow us to inject chemicals, scavengers, and emulsion breakers into the tank without draining the tank or removing it from service.

High Capacity Vapour Scrubber

In response to increasing concerns about the impact of odours and emissions on the neighbourhoods surrounding many sites, Allerion has designed specialized high capacity vapour scrubbers that are deployed to eliminate fugitive emissions. Our vapour scrubbers are controlled by a VFD that provides the required air exchanges for manned entry.

Our scrubber is controlled by a Variable Frequency Drive to draw up to 10,000 cubic feet per minute of fresh air through any storage tank requiring manned entry and process the exhaust air through an activated carbon bed to control odours.
